Eric Delizy
Éric’s journey is marked by resilience, determination, and an unwavering pursuit of security and excellence. Born into a modest family and facing challenges from an early age, he quickly learned the value of independence and perseverance. Frequent changes in his environment and caregivers shaped a unique adaptability and a deep desire to build a stable, lasting future — for himself and those around him.
His professional path began in his teenage years, working in markets and local shops. It was there he discovered a natural talent for sales, a passion for building genuine connections, and a strong sense of financial responsibility. Determined to build a better future, Éric pursued his education and graduated in Mechanical Engineering. He later joined the prestigious company Messier Hispano Bugatti, where he deepened his technical knowledge and strengthened his professional discipline.
However, his entrepreneurial spirit and ambition pushed him to seek new challenges. In 1988, he joined Swagelok, a leading American company in its sector, where he quickly stood out for his exceptional performance and strategic vision. In just six years, he rose from sales representative to general manager of the French branch — a remarkable achievement that reflected his dedication, work ethic, and ability to lead with clarity and integrity.
In 1997, he took a bold step and acquired Swagelok France, becoming the owner of the company. Under his leadership, the business grew significantly, establishing itself as a benchmark for quality and innovation. Over more than three decades, Éric built a career defined by excellence, always prioritizing honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
After selling the company in 2024, Éric decided to channel his extensive business experience into a new challenge: real estate. His passion for transforming spaces and creating something lasting found a perfect match in Romuald’s vision. Together, they founded Ocean Prime Homes. For Éric, quality is non-negotiable — every project must meet the highest standards and deliver more than clients expect. His organized and meticulous approach complements Romuald’s dynamic energy, forming a solid and balanced partnership.

Romuald Greenough
From a very young age, Romuald showed a genuine passion for transforming spaces and breathing new life into properties. Born into a humble family, he learned early the value of hard work, dedication, and honesty — values that continue to define him today.
At just 16, he began his professional journey on small construction sites, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a tireless work ethic. These qualities became the foundation of a long and successful career.
With over 20 years of experience in construction and renovation, Romuald has built a solid reputation in Viana do Castelo and the surrounding region. But his journey also took him far beyond Portugal. He spent several years working in France, where he contributed to high-end projects in some of the world’s most iconic locations — Monaco, Saint-Tropez, and Cannes. These names speak for themselves. Mentioning them is not about boasting, but about credibility. These experiences demanded the highest standards and refined his ability to deliver excellence at every level.
Romuald is equally passionate about renovation and new construction. What truly sets him apart is his vivid imagination — the ability to envision the potential of a space long before the first brick is laid. Every property he touches becomes a harmonious blend of functionality, comfort, and aesthetic value, always designed to exceed expectations.
Over the years, he has led dozens of renovation projects, bringing forgotten homes back to life and turning them into warm, welcoming spaces.
